The Orthopaedics Department at Sacred Heart Hospital provides management related to disorders of bone, joint and a variety of musculoskeletal disorders.

The department is also a centre of excellence for sports related injuries. It is proficient in handling shoulder, knee and ankle related injuries including ACL, PCL, meniscal, cartilage, rotator cuff and other shoulder injuries. The department receives and manages a number of sprains, strains, tendon injuries, dislocations, low back pain, sciatica, ruptured discs, bow legs, scoliosis, knock knees, hammer toes, bone tumors, congenital anomalies including club feet, cerebral palsy, growth anomalies, muscular dystrophies and multiple others.
